“what’s the status on staked?”
I get this question quite a bit these days.
Edits are complete and the story is flowing better. I added a few more passages that tie up loose ends and Staked has the same word count as Cut. I’m going out on a limb to say that I feel really good about this story. It is darker than the first book but it reflects how I was feeling last year.
I have one small hurdle - my mac is slowly dying. I believe that I will be able to format Staked for publishing and that we will be moving to writing on a PC. I know - it breaks my heart since I’ve been a longtime apple supporter. (I did have to admit that I started out on a pc writing the early Rent Tres stories and they were pretty damn good).
So that’s where we are and I will continue to put everything together - I anticipate an early July release (it puts me off my original plan for publishing by a few months but life has been interesting the last few months).
